Homemade Donuts
Μια συνταγή που
θυμίζει τα γνωστά donuts, στη οποία όμως δεν
τηγανίζουμε αλλά ψήνουμε στον φούρνο μας! Ας φάμε τα donut αλλά τουλάχιστον ας είναι και λίγο υγιεινά, λίγο!
Τα υλικά που θα
χρειαστούμε για το μείγμα είναι:
575gr αλεύρι λευκό
2 κ.γ. baking powder
1 κ.γ. αλάτι (βάλτε
και λιγότερο)
200ml γάλα χλιαρό
170gr βούτυρο λιωμένο
1 βανίλια και 4 κ.σ. ζάχαρη μαύρη
3 αυγά μεσαίου

Μην ξεχνάτε να κοσκινίζετε το αλεύρι σας πριν το χρησιμοποιήσετε... πάντοτε!

ΔΙΑΔΙΚΑΣΙΑ: Πρώτα ζεσταίνουμε το γάλα έως ότου γίνει χλιαρό και το βούτυρο έως ότου λιώσει. Καλύτερα να τα ζεστάνετε στο φούρνο ή το φουρνάκι μικροκυμάτων.Ανακατεύουμε τα αυγά, τα βάζουμε στο αλεύρι και ρίχνουμε τη ζάχαρη στο βούτυρο ανακατεύοντας.Έπειτα ενώνουμε όλα τα υλικά και τα ανακατεύουμε με μια σπάτουλα σιλικόνης μέχρι να γίνουν ζυμάρι. Αν κολλάει προσθέστε του λίγο αλεύρι ακόμα. 
Προθερμαίνουμε τον φούρνο στον αέρα στους 200οC. Αφού σχηματίσουμε τα donut (χρησιμοποίησα ένα ποτήρι για τον εξωτερικό κύκλο και ένα καπάκι από μπουκάλι νερού για τον εσωτερικό), τα βάζουμε σε ένα ταψάκι και στο φούρνο για 10 - 15 λεπτά. Προσοχή, να τα ελέγχετε διότι δεν θέλουν πολύ για να γίνουν.
Για το γλάσο θα χρειαστούν:
190gr ζάχαρη άχνη
3 κ.σ γάλα
1 βανίλια
κακάο ή χρώμα ζαχαροπλαστικής
Στολίστε τα donuts σας με το γλάσο και μερικά ζαχαρωτά και καλή όρεξη!

A recipe that resembles the known donuts, but in which we do not fry them, we cook them in

What we will need for the mixture is:

2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt (or less)
200ml warm milk
170gr melted butter
1 vanilla
4 tbsp brown sugar
3 medium sized eggs
Remember to sift your flour before using it ... always!
PROCEDURE: First heat the milk until is lukewarm and the butter until is melted. It's better to warm them in the oven.
Blend the eggs, put them in the flour and mix the sugar to
the butter.
Then, mix all the ingredients with a silicone spatula to
become dough.
If it's sticky, add a little more flour.
Preheat the oven in air at
200oC.
After forming the donut (I used a glass for the outer circle
and a cap from a water bottle for the inside) place them in a baking pan and put it in the
oven for 10-15 minutes.
Attention! After 8 minutes check it because they do not need much time.
For the icing we will need:
190gr icing sugar
3 tbsp milk
1 vanilla
cocoa and food coloring
Decorate your donuts with icing and some sweets and buon appetito!
